How do I make the payment?

There are a variety of payment options when buying from www.luxurystyles.biz, ranging from all major credit cards, Paypal, etc. or even bank in directly to our account.

Is this a secure site?

Yes, this is. Your security is extremely important to us. We do not store your payment data on our servers. At the time of payment, you are transferred to your bank/ credit cards website where you authorize payments. How do I return an item which I am not satisfied with?

All products purchased through www.luxurystyles.biz are covered by 7-Days refund. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to us within 7 days.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Each item goes through Quality Control before we courier. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will promptly exchange the item (subject to availability) or issue a refund for you. Please note that the goods need to be returned back within 7 days after delivery and we do not accept the product that is not in original condition or that has been opened or used. Refund will be issued to the same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. The refund takes 4-5 weeks to reach back your account.
